• Is Oprah coming out with a memoir? I thought I read something along those lines last year. I’d keep my eyes open for that! But she recently came out with a cookbook – Food, Health, and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life.
• There’s been a graphic novel adaptation of Octavia Butler’s novel, Kindred – Kindred: A Graphic Novel Adaptation.
• Teju Cole has a travelogue-esque/collection of photos called Blind Spot that will be released in June/July.
• Über cool poet Danez Smith will have a new collection out called Don’t Call Us Dead: Poems in September.
